The Custom Process

- Crafting your piece — Each custom piece is handcrafted with care. Production typically takes 2–6 weeks.
- Delivery — Your piece ships with complimentary insured shipping and requires a signature upon arrival.
Production & Shipping Timeline
If your piece is in stock, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. For made-to-order and custom pieces, production takes 2–6 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ship your order as soon as it is complete.
