Orders & Custom Pieces

Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes! Many of our pieces are available in your choice of gold color (14k or 18k yellow, white, or rose gold) and gemstone. Some pieces can also be engraved. Email us at Hello@Futurefortunejewelry.com to discuss your custom request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If your piece is in stock, please allow 5–10 business days. For made-to-order and custom pieces, production takes 2–6 weeks. We will notify you as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@Futurefortunejewelry.com if you need to make changes. Once production has begun on a custom piece, changes may not be possible.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Complimentary shipping is included on all orders. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your security.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

All of our pieces are final sale. We do not issue refunds. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Hello@Futurefortunejewelry.com with photos and we will make it right.

Yes, all of our gemstones are 100% natural. Because of this, each stone has its own unique character and may vary slightly in shade and tone — making every piece truly one of a kind.

What gold karats do you offer?

We offer pieces in 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white, and rose gold, depending on the design.
