SHIPPING STATUS

If we have the item in stock allow 5 - 10 business days to receive your order. Please feel free to contact us for all inquiers at Hello@FutureFortuneJewelry.com

If we don't have your order in stock allow 2-6 weeks to make your beautiful piece of jewelry. Shipping will be 2- 6 weeks when order was placed. Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed. All shipments are insured and require signature confirmation. Complimentary shipping. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No returns once order has been placed. Web orders may be exchanged for store credit within 5 business days of when the jewelry has been received. All Jewelry has to be in the same condition as received.

Web orders received as gifts may be exchanged for store credit if returned with a gift receipt and in perfect condition within 5 business days of received date.

Special / Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Future Fortune does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or damaged.

Customers are responsible for any and all shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
